2.0.4. has trouble with Moyea-edited videos

Hi there

I have several videos in FLV format that I have edited with Moyea FLV Editor Lite 1.1.1.835; to be specific, I cut the parts that don't interest me. I use a different video player to see them, but today I tried VLC 2.0.4. and some things happened. The player shows glitches and in some videos it pauses when it has to "jump" to the next chunk of video; in fact, sometimes it pauses for about 18 seconds before resuming playing. All the videos use 720p resolution.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Please open Tools -> Messages (set Verbosity to 2) before you start the playback and then paste the full resulting log here or on Pastebin.com if it's too long.

Also upload a short sample of a problematic file to either http://streams.videolan.org/upload/ or to EmbedUpload.com, the latter will upload the file for you to several other hosts and then post the link to the file here.
