When playing on VLC some music/concert DVD's that I have seem to not only have the little chapter divisions but they show the actual title of the song when I mouse hover over the chapter.
Also when i right click on screen>Playback>Chapter> *songs lists*
I see a full song list of the concert DVD
How do I create this for VLC? Can it be done within the VLC program or do I need another program do do this?
I should also mention that its a MKV

OK I found the program that does what I was describing.
Its called Handbrake.
VLC is my default main media player for my Windows Media Center w/ Media Browser extension. Having the ability to hard-code 'chaptered' song titles into MKV videos and having them show on VLC makes VLC an even better player.
Here's a couple examples for those who are not sure what I mean.
