No video with any file tested. VLC 2.0.3
I've tried avi and mp4 but I get no video only sound. I've uninstalled, deleted the preferences and cache and then install but still getting the problem. The files work fine with windows media player and MPC so it must be a problem with VLC.

What version of windows, what hardware, did you update drivers for your video card, what other players do you have installed?
