Block Artifacts with H264 and GPU Decoding

Im using a Q6600, AMD 7850, VLC 2.0.3. When I have GPU decoding activated, all H264 videos have blocking artifacts consistently. Turning it off fixes the artifacts. Figured I'd pass along the information for anyone else having this issue. Google search only brings up an old H264 bug.
