There is no specific option, just don't set any proxy in the HTTP(S) and/or MMS access modules.Sound great! I tested vlc-2.0.0-20120508-0204 and vlc-2.1.0-git-20120509-0008-win32.exe. But I see no option to "not use" the IE Proxy settings.
Read the posts above yours...Does anyone have an update on Trac ticket 5782. I am trying to get VLC to play Youtube videos using VLC. We use a Proxy that you have to authenicate against. using http://username:password@proxy:port doesnt work.
Try with http://username:password@proxy:portIf I try with entering the proxy as http://username:password@proxy.port, it errors with a 407.
