vlc no sound with headphones

I have 2 laptops hp and installed in both the ICE EXTREME SEVEN operating system for a long time worked in both listening through headphones, now one still works fine but the other works with WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER DIVX PLAYER, ITUNES PLAYER , etc, etc, but WITH VLC DOES NOT WORK WITH THE HEADPHONES bUT ONLY WITH THE SPEAKERS.
Please get some help very much because I have many flv or mkv file and I can not listen to headphones because the other readers do not read these formats.

J'ai 2 ordinateurs portables HP et installé à la fois dans l'Extreme Ice SEPT système d'exploitation pour une longue période a travaillé à la fois dans l'écoute au casque, maintenant on fonctionne toujours très bien, mais les œuvres d'autres avec Windows Media Player DivX Player, lecteur iTunes , etc, etc, mais AVEC VLC NE FONCTIONNE PAS AVEC LES CASQUES mAIS SEULEMENT AVEC LES INTERVENANTS.
S'il vous plaît obtenir de l'aide beaucoup parce que j'ai beaucoup de fichiers flv ou mkv et je ne peux pas écouter au casque parce que le autres lecteurs ne lisent pas ces formats.

Open "Playback Devices" (rightclick on speaker icon at bottom rt of taskbar) and see if you have two duplicate playback devices, one of which is set to default. If so, first rightclick in a blank area of the playback devices popup and select "Show disabled devices", then double click on one and choose "don't use this device" on the popup, then exit all programs and retry everything. If it does not work,re-enable the playback device to restore to where you were.
