No Full Screen GUI with some files

Hello

Since 2.0.0 I have a new problem: With some files the Full Screen GUI is not available. Means: It appears for 1/10 second and then disappears even if I move the mouse...
I can drag and drop file B in the player and everything works fine. Drag and drop file A again (or double click) and the GUI disappears...

Any Idea?

But now I see, this is not only with 2.0.x, but also 1.1.4 (not with v1.0.5)...

I have the same issue WinXP Core2-T5870 4GB RAM, Mobile Intel Series 4 Graphics card.
Any video from low res avi to HD1080p will not work in fullscreen mode on second screen. I may play the first few frames but cpu spikes to 100% screen is either black or frozen on last frame. Can not utilize VLC process must force ably kill process via taskmanger etc. Problem does not exist with VLC 1.x.x

Thanks for the hint! Changing to DirectX solves this issue.

But then I have some V-Sync trouble again. Is there a way to force V-Sync with DirectX?

You can force V-sync from display adapters control panel. (VLC itself doesn't have any v-sync options)
