2.0.1 late frames (verbose2 included) [resolved]

Hi, I've enjoyed vlc ever since I discovered it, but lately it's been skipping frames and stuttering.
I've tried resetting to default settings, but it seems to make no difference.
I've tried playing some movies with a different player (kmplayer) and it didn't have any stuttering.

I've probably included too much info, but rather too much than too little

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OpenGL made my cpu go 100%, but DirectX seemed to do the trick. Thanks for the link
