OK to copy preference config file from v.1.1.11 to v2.0

Postby Chrisi22 » 29 Feb 2012 20:42

Would there be any problems copying the preferences file(s) from v1.1.11 into v2.0, including customizations in the interface toolbar editor (added icons)?

Is there more than one file I'd need to copy to get all changed preferences from the old to new version?
I believe vlcrc & possibly vlc-qt-interface.ini?

Thanks

Thanks. Was I correct that the 2 files, vlcrc & vlc-qt-interface.ini , were both needed to copy all preferences & customizations into the new version?
