After asking more then, the same question over and over, finally we get into the issue and figured out why VLC was not working/.
on fallowing 2 months I was trying to run rtsp:// protocl UNCAST under Windows 7 , I ask same question and never get an answer.
WINODWS 7 toghter with any version VLC don't support RTSP:// protocol UNICAST OTT.
With Window XP work perfectly
so there is a bug under Windows 7

Tools -> Messages (set Verbosity to 2), what does it complain?
