VLC 1.2.0 is it out yet?

I read that VLC 1.2.0 can play blu ray films, my current blu ray player doens't like my external monitor (using a laptop) so was just wondering were i can get VLC 1.2.0 download (or is it still in the beta forms)

It isn't out yet but is available as nightly builds if you want to give it a try.

what do you mean by "nighly build" do you mean unoffical/test versions?

It's a build from the current dev branch, which will become 1.2.0 when it's officially out. You can call it a beta version.
