Vlc 1.1.11 Unable to elevate. Error 6

I was installing vlc 1.1.11 but I get an error "unable to elevate. Error 6. This error pops out after I input my administrator password in vista home premium sp2. Is there anyone who can help with this problem? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for noting this topic. I tried to follow the things that he have done in UAC but I was not able to solve it because secpol.msc is missing in my computer. I've searched and found out that secpol.msc does not exist in vista home premium.

I'm experiencing the same thing, BUT in Windows 7 Ultimate sp1.
