[1.1.11] Puts monitor to sleep

Postby langenscheidt » 24 Jul 2011 12:08

Hello

I don't know when that issue started occuring, but since at least a couple of updates, sometimes, when I double-click on a file that is handled by VLC, VLC starts and then, my monitor is put to sleep. Has someone seen this too?

FWIW, my video chip is a GeForce 7025 / NVIDIA nForce 630a embedded on an ASUSTek M2N68-AM Plus motherboard.

Thank you.

Does it help if you change video output module?

Thanks for the tip. I'll see if I can upgrade the video driver, and if it still doesn't solve the issue, tweak VLC.
