Enable soft subtitles for playlist playback

Postby crazygoji » 13 Jul 2011 15:10

I have a 27 mp4 file playlist. Many of the files have embedded soft subtitles that I want to display when the file starts up. Unfortunately, I do not see a way to for the subs as "disable" is the default. Is there a way to force "enable" when playing back from a playlist? Thanks.

You can set default subtitle track from Tools -> Preferences (Show settings: All) Input/Codecs (Save and restart after changes)

Perfect, thank you. I was looking for a check box. Entering "English" in "Preferred Subtitles Language" did the trick. I didn't expect that.
