Can I change the color of the .flv files and save them?

Hello,

I don't have trouble with VLC it works great. There are so many things it can do that I don' do that it makes me wonder. Some of the my files mostly .flv's the color isn't the greatest. I see that I can change it to watch the file but how do I save the changes or can't I do it?

Go easy on me I don't know if I am asking the impossible.

You can save the changes, but you have to trancode the file. So the quality will suffer (since FLV only supports lossy codecs).
