Record video button does nothing?

Record video button does nothing?

Take a snapshot works very well and puts a picture in my my pictures folder.. but record video does nothing.. Can anyone help with this?

Windows 7 32 bit

Thank you but I do not find any files being output, in any default folder or anything.. I tried a few files too.. it does .mp4 and .flv??

Try to set the recording folder from Preferences.

Open Tools -> Messages (set Verbosity to 2) before you press the record button, it should display some messages when you start the recording.
