Windows Scam Site claiming to use VLC?

This just didn't look right. Movie viewing site was demanding to install this. Can anyone on VLC dev side confirm?

That isn't official VLC release. So it is scam site.

Why take a chance, always download VLC (or any other software) from its official website : http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
