No problem with: 1.0.2 version

Using VLC (extra http interface) to view\select and then transcode+stream files to my DREAMBOX 800HD, viewing folder contents without any problem, but when I select any file, I've got the following:

Seems like the problem is with two backslashes before the path (filesystem error: cannot open file \\d:\video\Russkie.sensacii.avi+:sout= (No such file or directory), how to fix this?

P.S. I use NTFS on my PC and there no problem with user permissions.

I do not think this is a platform-specific problem as I am experiencing it myself with the most recent vlc-nox version on a debian squeaze box, while trying to stream to a dreambox 800 using the most recent enigma2 vlc player plugin.
It seems that vlc changed its' syntax somewhere down the pipe and the enigma plugin was never adapted. At least that's what I assume from the "file name too long"-error. See the vvverbose log below for details. Would need to look into the vlc syntax in order to confirm my assumption.
But given that I am not a python guru, I will need to leave it to someone else to fix the enigma2 vlc plugin (/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/VlcPlayer/)
