I went through all the process we stream webcam video.. i failed. I can't even see it on localhost... I also tried destop streaming... same result
can any one help??

Streaming webcam video through LAN
I'm using windows 7 64 bit. about 100 PC's are connected through LAN in our dormatory. We want to video conference through LAN. searching desired softwares I found VLC. I didn't know it can do a lot. I used it only to watch videos...
I went through all the process we stream webcam video.. i failed. I can't even see it on localhost... I also tried destop streaming... same result
