VLC 1.1.4 Artifacts

Postby changturkey » 30 Aug 2010 07:12

Hi there, I notice that when I'm watching standard definition videos with VLC, with GPU Acceleration turned on, I get random artifacts appearing in the video. As soon as I turn GPU acceleration off, the artifacts disappear. My GPU is a Radeon 4225, on Windows 7 64bit, Catalyst 10.8.

The video file is quite big so I won't upload it. This is using GPU acceleration on a 480p x264 encoded video file.

i have this error too, its only present on VLC when using graphics acceleration, it looks like macroing but covers the image like a mask and resets after a while.
