Possible bug, rebuild font cache

Windows 7, x64 Ultimate
VLC 1.1.3

If I switch users (I currently have 1 domain user, and 1 built in), and open vlc, the font cache rebuilds every time. VLC is only open in one session.
(Real annoyance because of the time it takes)
