repeat help

I have vlc 1.1.0 and I know how to get a playlist to repeat.

But what if I just dobble click on a file on my desktop to play and it is not in a playlist how can I get this to repeat??

It will be on playlist. VLC adds all files to playlist.

:wink: Yes, it's possible to select "repeat" without having to open the playlist (see I knew what you meant... next time, be precise) : look at the interface's bottom, next to last control. This is if you have VLC's default configuration. you can also browse the menu...

I have vlc Native so will it be in the settings the word Default?

Tools -> Preferences (Show settings: All) and Playlist. You can change default options from there. (press Save and restart VLC)
