Cannot play this NSV file

Hi i have this nsv file, never seen that extension before..amd it only plays the sound, not the picture.
Using VLC 1.0.5 GoldenEye

The VLC error message

No suitable decoder module:
VLC does not support the audio or video format "undf". Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this.

When running it through mediainfo i stumbled upon lines like :
