Always On Top breaks Scale when toggling Fullscreen
With the last few versions of VLC, whenever I have "always on top" selected, and I toggle fullscreen on and off, the video no longer scales to the window. Any chance of this getting fixed?

Have you tried VLC 1.1.0 nightly builds?

Just tried it out. It seems to have solved that problem, but created another: when toggling fullscreen while "always on top", the empty window gets left over top of the fulscreen, with video playing behind it...

Just noticed another thing wrong with 1.1.0: when in fullscreen, the scroll wheel fails to control the volume...

Are the developers aware of these issues? Should I be reporting them somewhere else?

Does the scroll wheel work on non-fullscreen mode?

Yes, it works fine until you put it in fullscreen, then no response... And don't miss the other issue in the post above.
