VLC Capture Device

Postby Deersindal » 30 Jan 2010 20:43

Whenever I attempt to open my Adaptec USB VideOh 2210 through "Open Capture Device" with directshow selected as the capture mode and "Adaptec USB Capture Device" selected as the device, I get this error when I attempt to play.

Capture failed:
The capture device "Adaptec USB Capture Device" does not support the required parameters.

UPDATE:

If I tweak random settings (which I've been doing for a while now), I can manage to change the error to

Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'dshow://'. Check the log for details.

In the log I have
