Cannot delete vlc-1.0.5-win32.exe in My Document
This exe setup file is in My Documents and I've been trying to delete it but, it won't let me. Can someone help me Thank You!

1. it is still running -> kill it
or
2. it is used by some other app -> kill this app

Restarting the computer usually fixes the issue. Another way is to use tool called Unlocker to unlock the file.

And I forgot to say that when I downloaded this setup file, I think I stopped the download before it finished.
For that reason it got messed up and is causing this problem.
