Subtitles not appearing

Postby sera » 20 Jan 2010 12:00

Hello,

I have a DVD of "The Girl with the dragon tattoo" and it has 5 subtitle tracks on it. However none are English - what i need - so I downloaded the subtitles (srt file) and loaded them up on the player. Nothing appears, although an extra track is listed on the context menu. I have played around with the options in 'Preferences', but can't seem to get it to work.

Thanks

sera

That same subtitle file plays OK with other videos?

That can happen if the DVD timestamps don't start at zero. There are no ways to fix this.
