Does Tools -> Messages... (set Verbosity to 2) complain something when problems come up?

Those are just generic desync messages, so there isn't any particular reason in that log that would explain your problems. How long you usually listen that station before problems come up? I played it for over 10 minutes and I didn't hear or see (in log) any problems.

What does it mean 'desync' ?

There is not any regularity this problem happens. It happens only sometimes.

What does it mean 'desync' ?
desynchronization might be the complete word.

In VLC, network issue or server issue.

If there would a easy way to replicate those issues, then maybe.
