Don't you have "Save playlist to file" menu item somewhere, in Media menu maybe?
You can customize your playlist using view > playlist menu item (CTRL+L).

Then, open VLC by opening the playlist file you created and you will be able to easily read your webradio.

You can also create the playlist file by yourself. Create a pure text file with .m3u extension. Feed this text file with one item (URL) per line and save it. Opening this m3u file should do the trick too.

I don't think but I'm not sure.
Another way is to use Media > Recent items

Yes, your comment works.
If it is not available so maybe it could be useful. I am listening only this radio so it could be comfortable with every program start just click on 'Play' and listen.

You can add it to media library. Or create shortcut that opens your favorite station automatically.

Media library ? Where is it ?
View -> Playlist

How did you do the shortcut? Easiest option might be creating a new text file, pasting the URL there and changing the file extension to .m3u

In the playlist window, drag and drop the stream from the Playlist tree to the Media library tree. Then, it will stay in your playlist whenever starting VLC. I know it's not a very intuitive process to save or bookmark your favorite streams.
