Where's my File Menu? Driving me crazy!!

I am trying to convert a file and want to use the wizard. I want to use the streaming/transcoding wizard. An online tutorial says to go to File>Wizard, etc... I don't have a "File" menu, only a "Media" menu, and can't find any streaming wizard. When I use Ctrl+W I don't have the same options. I've upgraded to the latest VLC player 1.0.3 and this is what I have:




I've gone through all the options and just can't figure it out. Please help..

File is Media and Convert/Save is Wizard. The command is Ctrl+R.

File menu vanished in 0.8.6 -> 0.9.0 transition. So there isn't any file menu anymore.
