No onscreen control

Postby segraves1 » 17 Oct 2009 06:12

I went through a rebuild on my computer and tonight installed version 1.0.2 Goldeneye. Now when I open a movie, the on-screen "interface" in the movie menu is not working. Thus I can't "play" the movie (have to wait till the menu times out and auto starts the movie). What's missing?

The movies I'm playing are DVDs I have ripped to my hard drive with AnyDVD. The movies open and play fine in Windows Media Player 11.

edit:

Another issue. As I stated I'm playing from a folder location on my hard drive. When the movie "moves" from one file (section) to the next, it has a momentary "pause". What's up with that? The old version never did that!

Thanks! I was opening the movies as files because "it's a file." Solved all my problems!
