This happens on every install attempt, and i am getting very frustrated. I have tried everything I can think of, including running it as an Administrator, rebooting, etc... HELP PLEASE!!!!

1.0.2 won't install on Windows 7
I recently installed a clean, fresh install of Windows 7, and now, whenever I attempt to install VLC, I get the following error:

You probably have a VLC already running. Kill it with taskman.
