To VLC HELP,
Thanks!
That's how I do it w/RealPlayer...I have the file location...and split the page...and then I open up realplayer and split the page...and drag the file into the realplayer.
The difference is that when I go "back into real player"...the song or movie... is still there. With VLC...do I always have to first locate file, then drag and drop it into the player, instead of "Storing it in VLP"? I may already know the answer, but, let me ask you...is it because i have Real Player as my disignated DEFAULT Player? And if I were make VLC my DEFAULT player, then...I"d be able to keep all my files in there? Or am I still off...?
Either way, I appreciate the timely manner of your response and your insight into this great player...excellent video and terrific sound quality...and if like you say, it plays MKV formats...well, it's unbeatable. No bothering w/downloading codecs, no bloatware (as RealPlayer is filled w/Bloatware and other issues).
My brother told me this is the player the professionals use...what he means by that, not quite sure, but seems great thus far............Thanks again, JC
