Last position resume isn't in VLC. There have been multiple requests for it.Is there any settings that I am not aware of that can turn it off or that can make it so it resumes a closed video at the last position viewed?
It still shows the "Buff..." text (covering the time display) for local files stored on the hard drive. This makes it difficult to locate a specific time on a video because it gets covered by "Buff". Anyway to resolve this?VLC doesn't store downloaded video to hard drive or to memory like for example Flash based players do. So VLC fetches data again on most skip operations if stream allows it.
Not without code changes.Anyway to resolve this?
Fair enough. Will this be fixed in the next release? Not without code changes.
I'd like to second this request. It's very difficult to slide to a certain spot when the 100% is covering the time. You don't have to get rid of the 100%, just move it to somewhere else on the screen. Thanks.Maybe in 1.1
