i am french and the guide is in english so i do not understand what the message is and to who i must send it...Is it not more simple, easier to download a new vlc 0.9.9 ? our problem is to read swf not to send messages...
we thought about a plug-in that we must add but it seems that VLC is not so perfect as we think.Thank for your answer.

SWF files aren't video files. And VLC doesn't support SWF playback.

thank you very much for your answer.
anyway, my four players read swf as video files, i suppose...
it is strange that a flash can be out of vlc, now i know that it is not a bug, but something normal.
