Triger VLC play command on multiple PC's simultaneously

I have 3 pc's on a LAN.
I need the 3 PC's to start playing a local video file (in each PC's) in full screen simultaneously.

Is there a command from telnet to trigger a play command on a remote PC?

I have tried and connected with telnet successfully but the command examples are all for streaming and broadcast. I need simple remote of full screen playback.
