its hard to explain - just look at this screen shot

this happens from time to time when I install VLC - I have like 20 computers in all and randomally I see this - sometimes a re-install of VLC works but not always

that may be fixed but it is still at 0.99 anyways
also there seems to be problems with dual monitors and full screen video with controls on the other monitor - I have tried all the tips in the forums but they dont work correctly
0.9.6 works great for my needs except for this problem that happens once in a while - again it is only random and sometimes a re-install fixes the problem
