It's an on-campus service, and I'm not sure whether it could be access outside the school.

The audio part works well in VLC, but the video doesn't. I guess it might be caused by the unusual encoding
a=rtpmap:96 WBIH/90000 which can't be recognized by VLC. But I'm not sure about it. So anyone can give me some clues?
