Keep visualization turned on when moving to next song in pl

is it possible to keep visualization window open when clicking or movin to the next song in the playlist?

I don't think so, activate them in the preferences.

But in preferences I just have 'Goom' and for Visualizationfilter 'spectrum'...

How about the other like VU etc.???

You set it to Visualizers effect list. Tools -> Preferences... (Show Settings: All) Audio -> Visualizations -> Visualizer and field called Effect list.

Yes I know this but the Effectlist field is a text box (no dropdown etc.) and this shows me 'spectrum' do I have to edit this to a different name?
My VLC Menu is German so spectrum means Spektrum in my Audio>Visualizations Menu... typo?!?

I works for me with 'spectrum', but I don't want it as it show two windows: One with the visualisation and another with the video.
