Problems with fullscreen on multiple screens.

Hi

I get problems when i try to run fullscreen mode on my second screen working as an attached screen. With earlier versions of VLC this worked just fine. But now when i when i dragg the VLC client over to the other attached screen(running as extended desktop) and i set it to fullscreen mode the fullscreen mode jumps over to the first screen.

Any ideas why this is happening....the second screen is a larger 42" plasma i use to watch movies on my computer with. This problem only happens with the latest version.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated

Ditto here - I've been able to make it go fullscreen (kinda) on the external by right clicking on the display and going to interface and then clicking minimal interface, and fullscreen.

Is this intended behavior? I'd love to be able to have it work like before - where I could double-click on the video when the window is in the second display and have it go full-screen, and to include the remote gadget like it used to.

This is known issue for 0.9.8a, workaround is to separate GUI from video window.

Hi,

I had the same problem here and the workaround works fine (I prefer to separate the video window anyway). Just one problem is left that I haven't found any workaround for: when I go to the next playlist item, the video window comes back to my primary display, so I have to drag it back to the secondary display.

Any idea about that? Or plans to fix it on the next release?
