What version of VLC are you using? If it is 0.8.x try with VLC 0.9.6 (latest version). FourCC "ms" is Microsoft ADPCM so should decode.

Audio works fine for me too (1.0.0-git nightly on *nix).

Try deleting your preferences and cache files then try it again. To do this go to (enter into Windows Explorer address bar):
%appdata%

And delete the "vlc" folder.
