VLC 0.9.6 static build with cygwin

Hello,

I'm trying to build static version of VLC (so that all modules are built-in) using following configuration:

What is wrong?

You cannot do static in 0.9.6. In 0.8.6 it didn't work correctly, now it doesn't work at all.
