Problems with the stream

Hello, my LVC 0.9.4 on Vista Business SP1 can't playback the video I'm receiving from a PC with TV-tuner in our LAN. It worked before but instantly stopped, however other LAN-users don't have this problem.It didn't help even after changing the older version of VLC for a new one.The image on screen is crumbled and there is no sound. VLC cannot use external codecs. So installing additional codecs won't help VLC. Does Tools -> Messages... (set Verbosity to 2) tell any additional info?

Have you tried to reset VLC settings? Or playback that same stream using some other player?

No, I didn't try any other player,..the interesting thing it worked before and other people in my LAN can use this VLC without any problems but I don't since the recent time
