Enabling extended settings ->video settings -image adj

Postby neddie » 21 Oct 2008 12:51

Hi to all.
How can one enable the extended settings - video settings- image adjust by default , so that when the program starts it is enabled and ready to be adjusted
without having to go through the menu's to enable it.
I could do this in ver 0.8xxx.
I am using V 0.9.2

cheers

I've been through the settings , but can't find how to do it.
It used to be under wx-widgets interface or something like that , but I can't find anything like it.

Show settings: All and then Video -> Filters and tick Image properties filter from under Video output filter module.

I've done that , but it still does not show the "adjustments and effects " form(for lack of a better term) when the program starts.
I still have to click "Tools -> Extended Settings , then go to the video effects tab and click the Video Effects checkbox"

I've tried every setting I can find in the preferences , with "ALL" enabled.
It obviously can't be done in the new versions. Pity.

I assumed you wanted to enable that filter automatically. Currently you can't open that dialog automatically. You want me to create feature request for that?

You were able to do this in the previous 0.8.x releases.Pity its vanished.
It would be a nice feature , as this is by far the best media player etc around.

Thanks
