Sorry, I didn't understand at first. On Windows? Yes, you can remove the systray, look into the preferences.
Yeah I know, but that's not what i meant. However thanx for your replpy!!
As I want to play video (like dreamscenes) as a wallpaper I need to KEEP vlc hiding in the system tray (I don't want to hide the systray icon). However everytime the video loops VLC pops-up again and is shown in my taskbar and the player starts to play the video in the player as well as on the wallpaper. But I just want VLC to keep hiding in the systray.
No player, not in the taskbar, only in my systray.
Does anyone know how to set this up this way??
Kind regards,
Maarten
confirm this bug. I use vlc-1.0.1 still have this problem. Just finding a solution. any idea?Good Morning,
I'm trying to find a way to keep VLC suppressed to the system tray since I play my video as wallpaper however, when the playlist is repeated, VLC player will pop up out of the system tray. Is there a way to constantly hide VLC to the system tray??
The command above will start VLC hided but as I said, after the movie is played VLC jumps out of it's systemtray hiding place and plays the video on the wallpaper as well as in the player.
thanx in advance!!
Hi folks! Is it possible to do that? If so, how?
