Bug report, full screen mode

Postby VLCMad » 08 Oct 2008 21:51

Hey,

New to the forums. I just upgraded to 0.9.4 but had to go back down to 0.9.2.

I usually connect my pc to my HDTV and load up VLC to play all sorts of vids. However on 0.9.4 on full screen mode a fuzzy grey bar (which looks like the picture distortred) appears on a strip in the far right hand side of my TV screen and it only happens when I go in to full screen mode. It doesn't happen on my monitor which is really weird, I've changed settings on my graphics card and TV but to no avail.

But as soon I revert back to 0.9.2 full screen mode on the TV works fine.

I don't know if it's been reported but I did have a look and I couldn't see any topics in the forum about it, but I think it may just happen to a handful of people and that's why?

I'm on Vista 64 with the HDTV on 1360x768 resolution. ATI HD4850 graphics card.

Hope that helps to combat this problem for the next release.
