0.9.2 - Can't use keyboard hotkeys

I mean the keys on the actual keyboard such as volume control and mute.

I have to take the focus off the VLC window for it to work. Was fine in the 0.8.x builds.

Any ideas?

Known issue. VLC 0.9.2 steals all special keys with QT4 GUI. Skins2 interface should work better.

I changed skins. Then changed back to native and it seems to work now. Odd!

And how do you do that? I just downloaded the last version, and I've got the same problem that i can't use the Fn+PgUp/PgDown to control the volume, but I just want to keep the "classical" look.However, I regain control on full-screen mode.
Any ideas?

At the time I checked 0.9.3-git, I still got the same problem.
The definitive version wil get this fixed?

EDIT: Nevermind, I thought we were talking about media buttons (which perhaps we are, but to be sure, I started a thread to more accurately describe what's plaguing me)

I was refering to the Fn+PgUp/PgDn, or differents combinations, that comes with some laptops.Previous versions got no problem at all with this issue.
