toneyx: Could you upload the file somewhere so that someone could check it out?
If the issue is specific to a certain movie, it can help a lot if we have the movie itself. In this case please upload as much of the file as you can to our FTP samples server. Give the file a distinct name, and upload a text file with the same name in which you again describe the problem. Report this upload in your forum posting and tell us the name of your file. This makes sure we can more easily find back your sample.

Atenas: does Waveout work any better (select Waveout, not DirectX)?

Actually this is not a movie. It is video karaoke file with the duration of 4:19 minutes. Anyhow I'll try to upload it. Thanks for your reply.
I tried to open FTP sample server to upload the file but there's no option to send the file. Please give the procedure to upload it.

If FTP programs aren't familiar to you, you can either use Google to find few simple tutorials or you can open ftp://streams.videolan.org/incoming/ with Windows Explorer and just drag and drop the files to there.

You can also use megaupload, rapidshare or similar service (browser upload).
