Visualisation Big Error

When I am playing an audio file there is no prob. But when I switch to a video file I either see
1)the visualisation
2)the video and the visualisation behind it.

Is there anyway to solve this problem short of disabling the visualisation??

Well da!! I just want to have visualisations during music but i dont want during vids. ALSO i don't want to have 2 disable the visualisation.

I am not sure if this is possible with current stable builds.
