Playing Bloomberg TV on VLC

Hello :

Can Bloomberg TV play very well on VLC ? Here are a few links I used in VLC so far but the reliability is spotty and the audio is choppy a bit.

In order to play this program type, what would be the best way to let it stream (i.e. configuation) ? I am running a DSL connection with stocks quotes streaming at the same time.

I only get very low quality stream which loads okay, but because of low video bitrate, it looks horrible. Audio isn't very good either because of low bitrate.

The only idea that I can think about is to contact to Bloomberg L.P. and ask them to improve the channel`s/stream`s quality
